I don't know how credible that claim is -- HOWEVER, if we are paying 70,000 people $300/month that's $250,000,000/year. Chickenfeed. If it is happening and it works, I have no problem whatsoever with it.

If we do it for the next several years and it keeps them tamped down, that is a very low pricetag.
