"Yes. McCain has consistently opposed Roe v. Wade as far as I know."

You'd be wrong. He had an interview with the SF Chronicle in April of 1999 where he thought that Roe v. Wade was ok.

Of course, in typical McCain fashion, he immediately started to waffle, switching back and forth depending on who he talked to.

"As I pointed out earlier, you cannot refer to the way either candidate voted on legislation UNLESS such legislation was standalone without other provisions which is almost never the case."

He has made public statements where he has given his support for it.

I will grant you that he does his best to have it both ways.

"I don't think that would be a flip flop. He consistently opposes increasing taxes."

He complained about the tax cut. He said it was fiscally irresponsible. Now, he apparently loves them. His current proposal is even larger than the one he criticized.

"Again, not a flip flop. When you're running for office, you'll take votes from anyone. So does Obama."

We are not talking about a vote. We are talking money. And not just a donation, but a solicited donation.

"In what respect?"

"Man, you're easy to just run over."

Only in your mind. Fan dancing isn't proof, you know...
