That Obama is black does not make his arrogance acceptable.

It makes it unacceptable to a lot of people... that's why you guys point it out. Every presidential candidate is arrogant... McCain one of the worst.

The term, in this day, with that meaning is totally obsolete, since racism today in this country is minimal to nearly nonexistent.

Are you really that unaware or are you faking it? Never mind, doesn't matter.

"Everyone can see that Obama has an arrogance problem. "

oh yes all prescient one. Now you speak as if you were God and that is the definition of arrogance in my book.

"That Obama is black does not make his arrogance acceptable."

But, it makes it "uppity", to southerners of a certain age and viewpoint.
