We differ on that. The 'means' are ends in and of themselves. The mystic future you use to justify your conduct are not the reality of your soul, and are rarely even realized by vague resemblance to what is being proposed ... as we all know from our tragically shared and often regrettable history. Manifest Destiny comes to mind as does countless episodes of mass genocide, torture, enslavement, and mayhem on a broad scale and individual human injustices on specific counts. You are going to remake the world without evil using evil means... I think not.
