Yes, inflated tires and the "change" BO's talking about is an oil change. McCain's drilling stance is a vote winner.

Anywhere there are wide open spaces is prime territory for wind energy. I understand when they were first introduced the tall structures were decimating the bird population...the solution was to slow the blade rotation so they're visible. Noise would be another problem in urban areas. New Yorkers didn't seem to react well to Bloomberg's recent suggestion.
