No kidding. When we bought our land in Magnolia, we had to pay cash because we weren't willing to guarantee that we would be completed within the offered time frames. And the longer the time frame, the higher the interest.

You idiot. I practiced in one of the biggest real estate markets in the nation for 15 years. Specializing in real estate transactions, as it turned out.
