I'm back to confused about saturated fats. I thought they were ok in moderation...especially dairy.

I've made one egg per day as one of the cornerstones of my present diet...mainly because I like them, easy to make, filling, economical, and I thought, healthy. Despite the old scares about cholesterol.

And I see eggs,with yolks in many South Beach diet recipes...scratching my head here a little bit.
