Obamas view is not materially different than any other democrat on this. They will all tell you the world is better off without saddam but that the cost of removing him was too high in terms of human life, money spent, weakening the US military etc. And those that voted for the war will tell you the war wasnt fought right and their vote was based on hyped info from the admin.
