Yes, she is a strong pro-life candidate. One strong Dem argument against most pro-life candidates is that these old white men have no problem making rules for other people's daughters, but it's all hypothetical to them - they're never going to face a crisis pregnancy, and ten to one if their daughters do, they won't hear about it until afterwards. There is considerable truth to this charge imo.

Sarah Palin just faced a crisis pregnancy. It's standard practice when the amniocentesis reveals a Down Syndrome baby for the doctor to discuss the possibility of aborting the pregnancy; the option is offered. Sarah Palin just had a Downs baby this spring. The discussion is not hypothetical to her.
