The Clinton Administration turned the deficit of its predecessor Bush Administration into a surplus, improved the economy at the same time and left a deficit for this Administration. This Administration squandered the surplus away and vaporized the prosperity. How did they do it? Where is all the money gone. Where is the prosperity that we were told would result from giving tax breaks to those who would produce jobs? Seems to me the Treasury has been looted by this Administration while at the same time vaporizing the economy. We tried tax breaks and it did not work. Time to call all the money back bu rescinding the tax breaks.
