Talking about divide and conquer, I think this Pallen pick is intended to continue the republican effort to drive a wedge between the interest of women and the interests of blacks. They were doing their damnest to divide the two with all the phone calls of women posing as Hillary supporters saying that they were now going to vote for McCain. What transparent bullshit!! Hillary was smart enough not no buy in to it so now they are approaching it from a different angle. Who knows, maybe they are even willing to sacrifice one election in order to drive this wedge in deep, so that they will be able to use it to divide and conquer in future elections.
