The radical left salivates over all the money carbon tax will rake in You are already paying a carbon tax, and it is going outside the country - to countries that don't love us much. It is embedded in the price of oil. And at $120 or so a barrel, it is one hell of a tariff. A true carbon tax at least remains in this country. I am for a smaller government, our present economy will be struggling to pay the existing entitlement programs I am not for smaller government. I am for a government which is more openly aligned with the needs fo the people; more transparent. Good government is the only true defense against the rapacity of the powerful.
