Now: That being the case. Can you, Koan, come up with the parameters of what would define and Obama government (defined as one that controls both houses of Congress)as being restrained and fiscally responsible?

(This is a tall order to be sure--I'm not sure I could either. I'm just wondering if there are some benchmarks we could use to measure the success, or lack thereof, of a Democratically controlled government.)
