I too used to read several magazines each wake...way back in the 60's when the babies were tiny, I read US News, Time and Newsweek cover to cover. In those years, Time was more Republican in thought, Newsweek was more Dem, and US News was usually a pretty good balance inbetween....

Recently I had occasion to look at some of those old mags in the Library....they were full, interesting, and had content...today, they are on thin paper, poorly printed, and mostly ads, with very little unbiased news.

Sad the young folks will never know what it was like to actually read these "newsy as well as opinion" pages....Today, they just get opinions, and don't know what the news really is...
