Interesting, Ian. Wonder if this explains any of the off-target effects first documented by Rosetta InPharmatics several years ago. But the siRNA gurus claimed that they could design better siRNAs to minimize those. One of the guilty parties is Reich et. al., describing the siRNA targeting of the VEGF pathway in macular degeneration. That indication should be very familiar to readers of this thread. Cheers, Tuck
