Most of them are from random comments and blogs, but the phrase really didn't seem to catch on until the attacks on Sarah Palin began. Doing a search on the phrase now turns up tons of links related to Sarah Palin, much more than they turn up for Joe Biden, even though we've known about Biden longer than we've known about Palin.
