Ted is for the other side so dont try to convince him. The better things are for the US the worse he sees it. You can see the nuance between his posts and the posts of other liberals like Al, JF, CJ and even parsons. They are all clearly americans and love their country. Ted is rooting for the enemy. He made that clear the other day.

Four thousand dead, over 25k wounded and a trillion dollars spent is a medium wrong to you??? Scary.

I said "starting". The US has gotten to half a dozen to a dozen of these types of conflict over time. Some turn out quick and easy, some turn out more difficult.

This kind of war doesn't get won on a dime or in a particular time frame. Its not likely we will know for at least decade who won in Iraq.

I couldn't agree more. But Obama (and many on this board, including you) advocated losing it on a dime...
