Your wave iv overlaps with the top of wave i. I think it is more likely that your "iii" is in fact the top of a corrective "c". The down counts also have weaknesses. This is a typical "jello conundrum", to try to invent a term. It is not truly "countable" - and we just have to live with that. However, if we step back and look at the larger picture it appears that the entire July rally is a reaction to the May decline. It even looks like the March rally.
