The McSame campaign is lying left and right to try to not look as incompetent as this last minute pick reveals them to be.

McSame has been the nominee for 6 months. Do you really think he couldn't get to the bottom of his short list until the last day?

She was on a short list and her name was warmly received early on.

David,

Actually, it was reported on Cavuto today that McCain met with a group of individuals as far back as June and mentioned Palin as a possible candidate. So, it wasn't an off-the-wall choice as the liberal media has portrayed it. (Of course).

McCain left liberals in the media in the dark and they can't forgive him for it. Somehow they seem to think it is up to them to not only "vet" McCain's pick but to "advice and consent".
