You are rationalizing to justify. It is not murder if you are going to die and want to save yourself from pain. You make the choice not someone else. But it doesn't stop here; gays wanting to marry has nothing to do with any death and is strictly a morality issue. Or people wanting to smoke a little pot in their own home has nothing to do with murder - it is just one group forcing their morality on another.

Usually civil rights refers to what you acquire through citizenship.

Unborn children do not have citizenship as per the 14th amd. If they were citizens, there would be no debate.
