My rating system on the subject of divided government is very subjective, bordering on whimsical....but I had you listed as #1 with Pomp a very close second. Despite any statistical case that can be made for it, it still seems to me to be the product of a defeatist attitude. My vote is for more blue sky and less tolerance for the elected(tempered with a dose of realism for the times). In any event, my rating system is not worth "wearing a hole in the boat" over.....;>)
