Palin has not been determined to have done anything wrong, and even if she HAD BEEN, it would be so insignificant as to not warrant more than a mere mention.

The Alaskan legislature is trying to find out if she did something wrong but she's refusing to cooperate. There is considerable evidence against her which makes her behavior very suspicious.

David, > Likewise, the Dems are going to make more of the trooper issue than is warranted.

Well there may be some legal impropriety there with the trooper, but that's for the state of Alaska to decide.

I'm pretty sure the Democrats are going to pull all the strings they can, however, in order to influence the ethics probe their way. With the tacit approval of the mainstream media, of course.

Jim brings up an interesting strategy that the McCain-Palin campaign should try if they aren't already. Let the child-tasing trooper be tried in the court of public opinion. He will most definitely lose there.
