You may think so. However, what makes you think gave Georgia the idea they could march into South Ossetia? I guarantee you they were given US assurances of backup or at the very least prodded into it by US covert ops. I have no proof, but that would completely fall into line with our current administration's M.O. It's all just speculation on my part, but I'd advise you to be very skeptical of the story we read in the press. We only get the propaganda version, which is that imperialist Russia has attacked a law abiding, Democratic Georgia. That isn't the whole story. Not by a long shot.
