Hardly - in the end Barry and Biden voted for it - she merely picked up in the middle of the process what her predecessor had started - until she realized it was not needed. Then spent the money on more useful projects.

You do know local politicians are supposed to fight for money for their State at the trough or government.

The real point you avoid - is McCain wants to eliminate earmarks and Barry and Biden do not support that idea at all.

Unfortunately, that is called "doing your job".
