I'm thinking most people don't have any taxable gains to offset, if they do, it isn't much? The thought of tax loss selling on top of what has already happened this year really sucks. Naz busting a move but still 2 to 1 negative breadth.

Dale- PRC is something else, indeed. I sold out a month ago in the high $2s and here it is at $1.03 !!! Incredible!!! No news either. I am very tempted to join you and repurchase some shares but, it just keeps going lower and lower. Maybe Dabum has some insight he would share with us. Look at BOGA.........down from the $.60s to the $.20s in one short month. I added some this morning at $.24. Just two months ago, Carl Loeb excercised $50mm of convertible notes to acquire a 66% interest in BOGA at $.72 a share.. Go figure.
