Well, if we're going to have a fifty fifty split, congress is the place for it. Maybe it will keep them from doing anything harmful.

I don't see a 50/50 split on the Presidency. Too many clear differences.

If the R's were to take control of Congress they would make my choice for President a no-brainer.
