$spx in a falling channel, as you earlier posted. Looks to me, like that channel is currently at 1170-1350. It also looks to me like the $spx has bounced repeatedly in the 1210-1225 range so far this month, in spite of bad news every day. Since we are a lot closer to 1170 than 1350, I'm considering taking a large trading position.

The SOX, however, has been setting new multi-year lows repeatedly this month, including today. When the SOX turns, it could easily go to 370, the 200DMA, which would be a 16% pop from today's levels. But I don't see any support for the SOX.

KLIC, AMAT, ASML all following the SOX, setting lower lows daily.
