banker crap has been baked in the cake for a long time Not so sure about that. I think it is still generally not known (prob. unknowable) where all this will lead. May stabilize - or, may escalate. I spent these few last days in NY - the whole city is shaken up. People who didn't know Lehman Bros. from a hole in the wall talk about their employees losing jobs. Not a good thing for a city that is a financial center.
