Hi Snowshoe, thanks for the link to the Palin photo. I think she is very pretty and very smart. I like her.

Haven't been on SI for a while, work and family demands, also signed up for a master's level history class at George Mason and water color class at the Art League.

I am filing three bankruptcies today, that makes eight for the month.

But the foreclosures are definitely slowing down, lenders willing to make deals now.
