BofA and MER deal is not done. BofA may get rid of MER after prez election;

AIG is so huge that people can't get the handle. $40 billion loss possible;

Citibank is on the edge to implode. No rescue plan offered;

WM is on bank run watch. Tsunami of bankruptcies = greater depression;

HSBC is probably the last to fall.

HK real estate market will have no bottom for a long long time.

In this environment, if your tenants don't pay rent, you can't get rid of them that easily :0)

Worse ... vandalism out of desperation.

Maybe you can treat it as added new art in your properties.

Better to be in null positions in rental market now.
