I don't know but if you look at a lot of stocks that are delisted and have already FILED BK (they have a Q at the end of their symbol), those are often trading for .20, when they are actually worthless, I don't know why.

I got a real estate newsletter today that claims that real estate is still going up in the bay area. We never had much of a crash here anyway. So not all of the country is falling apart, although obviously some is.
