Flew back to Seattle yesterday from spending the weekend down in San Francisco and after driving around just about everywhere in the city came to the conclusion that Real Estate there is doing just fine. Reminds me how well Seattle area stuff is holding up. Man Fisherman's terminal is a madhouse. I sure would not want to go there in the summer! When I was a kid that place was just empty warehouses and piers..
