Whats holding them up? Why not make those investments NOW? Probably the same thing that is holding up the oil companies from drilling in what, 70% of their existing leases? It's called planning and logistics, and expense management. If you don't hate that drill rigs and nuke plants and coal mines exist and you can't bear to see them with your own eyes, you're a rabid anti-alternative energy naysayer. Your knee jerk reaction to any alt energy project gets old. Other people on this thread seem to be looking for solutions in every area, including drilling the OCS and alt energy and alt energy clients. You seem to rant at anything green.
