I have a rev limiter in my car, but its for 143 mph.

Listen, I didn't propose the idea, in fact didn't agree with it. I think you get aggressive with CAFE standards and tax those that greatly exceed the fleet MPG average. Then the consumer can chose the solution, or pay a 'usage tax' that reflects his cost to the rest of us. Like people pay a higher rate if they use an abundance of electricity; they are forcing the utilities to build new power plants.

I know you guys are seriously for reducing imports. This will do more than drilling every inch of the OCS. So you should be for it, right?
