I know what you mean. I've been confused by the stuff I read about rice, which I like to eat for digestive reasons. One source says it has a glycemic index--bad. The same source says eat rice instead of potatoes to reduce your glycemic intake.

I'm getting to the point of going back to raw materials. If it comes out of a box, it's got crap in it that we don't need.
