Hi Terry,

I believe that Wall Street, what ever remains of it will be soon structuring products that take into account the actual returns of different asset classes and they will be referenced against indicies to show the erosion of purchasing power; which is what inflation is all about: the debasement of all these currencies.

We've exceeded the inflation adjusted targets. I thought we'd see that, but not this quickly..

Next lower target would be the actual SPX lows of 2002, ~780. We won't likely see that today,
since the circuit breakers would close the markets first.

Failing that, there is some light support around 670, with the next major support level giving up the
entire 1990's bull run, back to 440.
