I think it is important to remember what this debate was about....it was to be about foreign policy...and there is no doubt in my mind that McCain would wipe the floor with Obambi on that subject....so maybe...just maybe...he really did not pull a stunt but feels that resolving the financial crisis is more important than himself...

Go figure.

I thought that a perceptive comment about McCain's stunt --- (possibly his 'panic-driven stunt') --- was this:
