Apparently there is a Republican proposal supported by McCain which deals with the problem through loans instead of a bailout. Is anyone aware of the details. I talked to the manager at my bank today and asked if I wanted to borrow money to buy a car, or for a home equity loan or a line of credit, would there be a problem. She said they have not tightened up their lending. I wonder if this is just a scare tactic. Who knows when you deal with Washington, you need to figure out who is lying the least. Little Joe
