Few saw it coming. I didnt hear you or me yapping about this until after the fact. There is plenty of blame to go around from wall st to main st, from liberal to conservative and so on. It cuts across all parts of american life. Hell, the goal was an oft stated one of making this an ownership society starting with the grub steak of privately owned home. The FHA pushed fannie and freddie who got its authorization frm the govt while the banks were pushed not to discriminate against the poor and thus yesterdays great idea of Zero down mortgage with interest ownly payback....
