In the interim JPM controls the compensating balances of WM .. they're in the catbird seat now .. and may be watching old reruns of .. Let's Make a Deal .. ;)

They may have looked at a 50% return on the arms and helocs as just a component of a "Blended Rate" when combined with the Prime loans. Who knows ?? But Dimon <sp> is looking like a Corp Raider or a Saint at the moment. No FDIC involvement. The Take Over of WM is accretive in 2009 based on current guesses. They had no Value Added for Goodwill in the purch price to be accretive that quickly ..
