Pelosi is out there blaming the Repubs for the failure to pass the bill.....Forgetting entirely that the Dems have the Majority and could have passed this bill if they wanted to... These people have no shame.

Someone needs to point out to MSNBC and the MSM that if the Republicans just stayed home the Dem's have the ability to ram this through and it failed. Once again Pelosi's ability to lead is proven inept at best.
