Personally I prefer to see the top law enforcement officer of the land enforce the Constitution, not his personal agenda. But then I've never lived in Zimbabwe; perhaps that would enlighten me to the benefits thereof. For now I'll be thankful that I live in a land where eventually, sometimes, the truth does out, and a person of integrity (Mukasey) can replace a man of little integrity (Gonzales). Of course, I don't have the weight of the knowledge of the world on my shoulders like so many on this thread, so I will look forward to their reasoned responses - always delivered with the utmost humility and graciousness that I've come to expect.
