I've had time to think about this, and realized earlier during dinner that one of the reasons the bill didn't pass is because the millions of hard working people in this country............the people that have worked long hours year after year, paid the outrageous taxes you've imposed on them, bought their homes, paid college tuition, started small businesses and generally followed the rules as set forth by our legislatures and said NO. NO MORE being manipulated by Elitist know it alls in Congress. NO MORE being manipulated and taken advantage of by Wall Street hustlers. They have said, ENOUGH is ENOUGH.......................you (congress) were given a job. You Mr. and Mrs. Congressman have failed us. You have failed your constituency, your neighborhood, your town, your city, your state and your nation. You have shirked your responsibility, and jeapordized our nation's reputation and ability to function like a 21st century nation. Because you ignored the obvious. Because you were greedy and thought only of enriching yourself. Because all you thought about was your own desire for power and prestige, you have destroyed everything we hard working Americans have worked for. Because of that we...........the American people are watching you. We are aware and informed and we know what's gone on. We know it is a scandal, and we know we've been lied to. We will stop you again, like we did this day, and we will not be duped. We will not allow you to pull any of your backroom shenanigans on us and we will demand that you play it straight or you will be replaced. YOU...........and you know who you are...........should be fired and then prosecuted for crimes against the people of the United States of America. i think many, many Americans feel that way, and I think many, many Americans are very, very angry.
