I sold some R2000 IWM OCT 60 puts yesterday for 1.25%, and some QCOM 42.50 Jan10 puts for 17.4%. If put, cost basis is 35.10; if not, 17.4% in 15 months. I'll look for an early exit, but couldn't resist.

I'm keeping more powder dry, and will not sell against the R2000 until 60's are well in the money. I've got 70's and 75's that were put to me this spring, and I've sold monthly calls since.

What factors other than TA went into your decision-making to do a buy-write on TSO?
