Well, I don't have any first hand knowledge, but there have been plenty of allegations and non-denial denials over the years to give one pause when being told of Microsoft's pristine business ethics. I'm all but certain there have been admissions of the use of undocumented APIs in MSFT applications, but I'm too sleepy to go looking now. Even thought it's a different issue, I watched the crap they tried to pull on Citrix, causing a lot of uncertainty and a lot of money to change hands. The 800lb gorilla needs to be scrutinized at all times, lest we become the victims of the adage "Absolute power currupts absolutely." Signed, A diehard Lotus and Wordperfect user.
