I just checked with Nutrition Data. Fructose doesn't seem to be all that inflammatory.

How do they figure out how inflammatory a meal is? Do they do it by checking CRP after a meal?

I guess grazing is out, infrequent meals, in.

I was just reading the comments in the comments area, where people suggest IF or intermitant fasting. I am not entirely clear on that subject that is:
- eating 3 meals per day + snacks
vs.
- eating 3 meals per day no snacks
vs.
- eating less than 3 meals per day

One argument against is that there is that infrequent meals cause drop in blood sugar, which in turn triggers cortisol response, which in turn apparently causes inflammation...
