I think they should be on Productivity Contracts. Spend Taxpayer Money with Pork Barrel Additions .. Loose a Specified Percentile of Pay and Benefits. Save Taxpayer Dollars .. Earn a Bonus. They'd hit the Hoop from Half Court ! The FDIC Boost is a Great Addition though. That in itself has the "power" to Stabilize or Stave off the Runs on the Banks. It's about time it kept pace with inflation .. FDIC COLA.
