And it arrived at the point where RE Value Appreciation became a Self Feeding Entity. Appraisers were expected to Value the New Listing based on Comps .. [Recent Sales] based on an Urgent Demand of buyers and houses being sold on ARM Payments not Actual Value.

The Bubble popped and now they are trying to clean up the mess .. but this is One Big Mess. I personally would like to find a New chart of ARM Resets .. This Month is a Peak Month if I remember correctly.

I'll Dig for the old chart .. and post it.
