Bailout ultimately will not work, but it may help trigger a substantial rally. There is simply no choice but to be careful here.

I am short the markets since the July rally started running out of steam, and it was good trading - it helped offset the losses from being long oils and energies. Not having sold more than I did of the latter was a mistake.

Wow, SPX in a full test of last Monday's lows. Just a few points away. Good spot for either panic selling - or, buying - to start.
