LOL -- Oh ya? Oil at $100 per barrel is deflation? Give me a break. Gold at $840 is deflation? Deflation is about persistent price trends -- you would be calling the trend change every fifteen minutes -- inflation this morning and deflation by noon, then back to inflation by sunset. We are in the grip of a horrendous multi-decade, multi-generational inflation that will wipe out a large part of your "wealth" and will wipe out your children and as we speak the stage is being set for the next big leg up -- and you are babbling about deflation as if there is any reason whatsoever to expect something that is for all practical purposes next to impossible in America.
